Dr. Rouf Mohi ud din Malik
Executive Director
Dr. Rouf Malik is the Executive Director and Co-founder of KOSHISH, with over 26 years of experience in the social sector. He provides strategic leadership and overall guidance for the organization's programmes and institutional development. Specialising in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and policy advocacy, he leads multi-sector initiatives and strengthens collaborations with government and development partners. Since 2006, Dr. Malik has been at the forefront of creating sustainable change for vulnerable communities across Kashmir, driving transformative initiatives in education, livelihoods, disability inclusion, and child protection. Recognised for his exceptional leadership, he is a 2011 Real Hero Awardee, a 2018 Acumen Fellow, and a former Curator of the Srinagar Hub of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community.

Owais Wani is the Programme Manager at KOSHISH with over 10 years of experience in the organization. He specializes in programme management, project delivery, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. His expertise lies in ensuring quality implementation, donor compliance, monitoring, and achieving sustainable development outcomes.
Mohammad Saleem Wani
Finance Manager
Mohammad Saleem Wani is associated with Accounts & Finance with 15 years experience in the organization. His expertise includes financial management, budgeting, accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and grant management, ensuring donor and organizational compliance, managing audits, and supporting efficient financial operations.

Project Coordinator
Asiya Rasool serves as the Project Coordinator for the Adolescent Engagement Project, bringing strong experience in community mobilization, programme coordination, and adolescent development. She is responsible for project planning, implementation, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring of field activities. Her work focuses on empowering adolescents through life skills, education, gender equality, and meaningful participation while ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Ishrat serves as a Project Coordinator for the Adolescent Engagement Project, with expertise in programme implementation, field coordination, community engagement, and capacity building. She leads project activities by supporting field teams and ensuring effective community outreach.
