Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment Act
An act to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment.
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, commonly known as the POSH Act, is a landmark legislation in India aimed at creating safe, secure, and enabling workspaces for women, free from any form of sexual harassment.
The Act mandates every organization with 10 or more employees to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to receive and address grievances in a confidential and time-bound manner.

We assist local organizations and community institutions in setting up compliant grievance redressal mechanisms, ensuring that women can exercise their right to work with dignity.
